Refunds and Purchase Returns
AccountPeek sets out its refund conditions here so purchasers know what to expect. This policy describes the circumstances in which we may approve a repayment and the purchases that cannot be refunded.
Buying credits, premium access, or another paid AccountPeek service constitutes acceptance of these refund conditions.
1. Purchases Delivered Digitally
Our products consist of digital tools, account lookups, credits, and premium access. Because delivery is digital and credits can be spent immediately, refunds are available only under the conditions described in this policy.
2. Conditions for Requesting a Refund
A request can be considered only under these conditions:
- Purchased credits remain unspent
- You submit the request within 7 days after purchase
- A verified fault in our systems made the service unavailable
- A payment was taken in error or charged more than once
Every refund requires review and approval by AccountPeek.
3. Credits Already Spent
Credits applied to a search, profile review, report, download, analysis, or another tool operation are ineligible for a refund.
The service is treated as delivered when the credit is spent.
That rule continues to apply in circumstances such as:
- A response containing only limited details
- An absence of accessible public information
- An account becoming private, restricted, deleted, or otherwise changed
- A search submitted with a wrong username or profile address
- An external platform returning an incomplete response
Results differ because AccountPeek relies on supported sources and the information those sources make public.
4. Returning Unspent Credits
You may ask for a refund of purchased credits that have not been used, provided you contact us within 7 days of buying them.
The refund window closes after seven days, including when the balance has not been spent.
5. Problems Originating in Our Service
A verified AccountPeek outage or serious technical fault that blocks paid access may be addressed through one of these remedies:
- Repayment for affected credits that remain unused
- Replacement of the affected credits
- Additional time on the service
- An adjustment to your account
This provision applies only after we confirm that the fault originated in AccountPeek’s systems.
The following causes do not qualify for a service-issue refund:
- Problems with your internet connection
- Faults involving your browser or device
- Mistakes in the information submitted
- Short-term restrictions imposed by an external platform
- Limits on what a public profile reveals
- Changes to outside APIs or social networks that we do not control
6. Refunds for Premium or Unlimited Access
A paid plan may give registered users credits, broader tool allowances, or higher access levels.
For a premium or unlimited plan to qualify, all of the following must apply:
- The request reaches us within 7 days
- You have not used the purchased plan
- No associated credits, searches, reports, or premium operations have been spent or performed
Using a premium or unlimited plan makes that purchase non-refundable.
Unlimited access remains subject to availability, technical constraints, fair-use conditions, and protection against abuse.
7. Restrictions Caused by Misuse
No refund is issued when an account is restricted or suspended for reasons including:
- Abusing service functionality
- Scraping through automation
- Engaging in fraud
- Breaching the terms of use
- Trying to evade usage controls
- Carrying out unlawful activity with our tools
8. Payments Made Twice or in Error
Notify us promptly if you suspect a duplicate charge or an accidental purchase.
We will examine the transaction records. A confirmed duplicate or mistaken payment may then be refunded.
9. Submitting Your Request
Send your refund inquiry to:
Include the following details so we can review the purchase:
- The email used for your AccountPeek account
- The date you paid
- Your order number or transaction reference
- An explanation of why you are seeking a refund
- Confirmation of any credits or services already used

10. When an Approved Refund Arrives
Your bank, payment method, or processor determines how quickly an approved refund appears. Allow several business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
Delays attributable to a bank, card issuer, or external payment service are outside AccountPeek’s responsibility.
11. Updates to Refund Conditions
We may revise these conditions periodically. The revised policy and its updated effective date will be published on this page.
Check the policy before purchasing credits or selecting a premium or unlimited option.
12. Key Refund Conditions
The main principles of our refund process are:
Unspent credits may qualify within seven days; credits already used cannot be refunded. A confirmed AccountPeek service fault may instead be resolved through a refund, replacement credits, or an account adjustment.
